Every Iconic Moment piece is made to order — designed to be as original as the person wearing it. Because each item is printed just for you, we approach every refund request with fairness and transparency.
When a refund or reprint is available
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. You’re eligible for a full refund or a free reprint in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective

The print has noticeable errors (wrong color, incorrect size, etc.)

The package was lost or undelivered (verified by the shipping carrier)
To open a claim, contact us at infoiconicmoment@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem

Your order number

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Premium Delivery orders only)
If you selected Premium Delivery, your order is also covered by a 30-day “Satisfaction or Money Back” Guarantee — no questions asked.
Not feeling it? Changed your mind? We'll refund you.
Just write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
When refunds cannot be offered
Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for:

Incorrect size chosen at checkout

Change of mind after purchase (Standard Shipping orders)

Minor color or placement variations compared to mockups

Address errors provided by the customer
Please double-check your size and address before confirming your order.
Refund timing
If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
